Terms of Use

You must create the account in your own name as a licensed practitioner, keep your sign-in details confidential, and not let anyone else use it. One account per doctor.

All information on your profile comes from you. You confirm that it is true, current and complete, that you are entitled to practise the specialty and procedures you list, and that you will update it when it changes. You are asked to confirm it at least once every 12 months. Daleelk is not responsible for information you provide.

Once you approve it, your page is live and shareable with a “Licence check in progress” label. It appears in the Daleelk directory only after your SCFHS licence is checked.

Daleelk may verify your SCFHS licence and qualifications, ask you for supporting documents, and show a verification status on your profile. We may withhold or remove the verification mark, or suspend a profile, if a licence cannot be confirmed.

We may edit down or remove content, or suspend an account, where it breaches Saudi health practice or health advertising rules, claims outcomes or guarantees, compares or disparages other practitioners, is misleading or exaggerated, includes patient information, or infringes someone's rights. Removing content for a rules breach does not change the rule that we never publish or rewrite your profile content without your approval.

Daleelk is an information platform. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, does not create a doctor-patient relationship, and does not handle appointments, fees, insurance or availability. For urgent symptoms, seek emergency care.

The platform drafts a professional introduction, and an Arabic or English translation, strictly from the answers you submit. Nothing is published until you review and approve both versions, and you remain responsible for the final wording.

You keep ownership of the information and images you upload, and you give Daleelk permission to host, translate and display them on your public profile and in Daleelk's directory while your account is active. The platform itself, its design and its database structure remain ours.

You may unpublish your profile or delete your account at any time from your dashboard, or by writing to hello@daleelkcare.com. Deletion removes your public page immediately and your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms and will show the updated date at the top of this page.
