Is Daleelk really free for doctors?
Yes. Creating and keeping your profile is free. There are no commissions, no paid rankings and no fee to appear in the directory.
How long does it take to complete my profile?
About 15 minutes if your details are to hand. Every field saves automatically, so you can stop and continue later from any device.
Who writes the wording on my page?
An introduction is drafted with AI from your own answers, in Arabic and English. Nothing is published until you read both languages and approve them.
Can Daleelk change my profile without asking me?
No. Our team only records the outcome of the licence check. Your professional content is edited and approved by you alone, and every administrative action is logged.
What is the difference between the two trust labels?
“Approved by the doctor” means you entered and approved the information yourself. “Licence verified by Daleelk” means we separately checked your licence. Each label carries its own date.
When does my page go live?
As soon as you approve it, your page is live and shareable, with “Licence check in progress” shown until the check is complete. You appear in the doctor directory once your licence has been checked.
Does my profile show fees, insurance or appointments?
No. Daleelk profiles carry no booking, fees, insurance lists or availability. They describe your qualifications and practice only.
Can I hide certain details?
Yes. Each field has a visibility control, so you decide what the public sees. Your licence number and your personal mobile are never published.
How do I log in without a password?
On the login page choose “Email me a login link”. We send a one-time link to your email that signs you in on that device.
What happens if I change my name or my clinic?
Update your profile and approve it again. Your old profile link keeps working and forwards to the new one, so printed cards and QR codes stay valid.
Do I have to confirm anything every year?
Once a year we ask you to review your information and approve it again, so the date on your page stays honest.
Can I delete my profile?
Yes. From your dashboard you can download your data, unpublish your page, or delete your profile entirely.
